Who we work with

We work with large institutions, early stage startups, and mature businesses across a wide range of industries - primarily in technology, healthcare, and B2B services.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a full time Operations Associate to join our team to help support our growing customer base. We are looking for someone who is passionate about software, is a critical thinker, and is highly organized and detail oriented.

Our ideal candidate has some experience in an operational or customer-facing role at a startup, consulting agency, technology business, or Salesforce-related business (this experience can be as an intern, employee, etc).

Alternatively, we are open to recent MBA grads with an interest in Salesforce or technology consulting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in an operational or customer-facing role at a startup, agency, or tech business.
  • Alternatively, MBA with some relevant experience in software implementation, business analysis, project management, or operations.
  • An interest in enterprise software, consulting, or Salesforce specifically.

What's the job?

As an Operations Associate, you'll work with our solution architect, developers, and admins to make sure projects and company operations are staying on track - providing updates to customers, reviewing time entries, creating documentation, keeping our internal project management tools organized, and delegating support cases. You'll be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics, as well as facilitating conversations with customers who have questions about ongoing projects. You won't be responsible for delivering entire solutions, or be the primary relationship manager, but you will be focussed on providing great customer service on top of our existing project management process. You'll also be working on longer term initiatives to improve our internal operations and automate manual and time consuming processes.

Roots in Colorado, but remote-first

RedPoint has called Colorado home for 20 years and has a strong foundation of customers, partners, and team members in Denver. We still have an office downtown, but have transitioned to a remote-first company over the past year. Our team now spans three time zones and two countries, and we're pretty excited about that. For this role, we're open to candidates located anywhere in the US.

Why RedPoint

In this role, you'll be exposed to nearly every aspect of running a consulting business. You'll learn about new technologies, digital transformation, solution architecting, and software implementations. You'll also gain experience with back office processes, business administration, and strategy. You'll get to interact with a wide range of businesses - from bleeding edge software startups to independent book publishers - and learn how technology is leveraged to help them achieve their unique business goals. If you are interested in software, consulting, or small businesses in general, this will be a great role to learn new skills and have a big impact.
