SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT/TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN

The City of Dubuque invites applications for the position of Surveillance Equipment/Traffic Signal Systems Technician. The successful candidate will maintain Surveillance/Traffic Networks/and City Communications infrastructure operating systems; and perform other duties as assigned. High School diploma or equivalency; and two (2) years of experience in electrical, fiber optics, or low voltage systems; or any equivalent combination of experience and training; possession of a current state-issued driver’s license required. The successful candidate will possess the ability to follow a management philosophy that is input oriented and values equity, problem solving and the development of partnerships; and the desire to be part of an organization that values service, people, integrity, responsibility, innovation and teamwork.
