What I liked
My experience with dentsu started out very strong. All the people I was hired with and I were trained for the first month. We were given the opportunity to become certified administrators, as well as service cloud consultant certified. All training and both certification tests were payed for by dentsu. All the while, we were compensated as if we were working normally.
The people who worked on Salesforce related projects were all very kind and helpful while we were learning. Overall, the company culture was excellent, and the few times I went to the office (my experience was mostly remote due to COVID), everyone I met was interesting and happy to be there.
